Can I just tell you what an amazing ride this has been? Since making the decision to take Floured Apron out into the community with the vintage camper bakery idea (aka Rosie), life in the CLE has been pretty darn sweet. I launched the Kickstarter campaign in February 2014, hit my goal in March, Rosie was delivered, made an appearance on the New Day Cleveland Show, was highlighted in local papers (all the details are here), received several requests to be part of local events and, most recently, got a phone call asking if I’d be part of an article in Cleveland Magazine.
WHOA! This small town Kentucky girl feels more than welcome here in NE Ohio! Thank you! This is a great article and features several communities. I hope you take some time this summer to explore and shop local. Over the past year, I’ve gained a much deeper appreciation for small business ownership and what it takes to make it work. It’s a 24/7 commitment, exhausting and exhilarating! I’m thankful to be on this journey and grateful for all your support!
